ZIPWIRE Challenge

Opal Daredevils in Zipwire Challege
 
In November 2011, 10 daring Opal ladies took part in a Zipwire challenge in aid of Cash for Kids.

The team were winched over 80ft in the air, to be fired over the pitch at The Etihad Stadium in Manchester before landing safely back to earth on the opposite side...

The team took part onbehalf of the Opal Foundation, which has nominated Cash for Kids as their local charity in Manchester.  Cash for Kids teamed up with Whizz-Kidz, which raises money for wheelchairs, mobility equipment and much more to help ensure that all disabled children’s lives are full of fun, friendship and hope for an independent future. Just like any other kids.
